Shipping Costs
We are a mini retailer and we deliver the packages to individual homes on our weekends to minimize the costs for you. Sometimes, we may be held behind by the hectic schedule and there may be delayed deliveries. We really appreciate your kind understanding and support.
Meanwhile, if you would like to receive the package earlier, we would request your understanding to pay for the express service. The fees are transparent, and they will be based off the GrabExpress service.

All international shipments are registered and trackable.
Please note: Any import duties and taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you’ve any questions regarding the charges, please contact your local customs.
Returns
We are sorry. As of now, we do not have the capacity to take in any refunds or returns. Our products are all hand woven by our artisans and we hope you will be able to accommodate to our no returns policy. We thank you for your kind understanding.
We promise to work towards a better policy for you. Meanwhile, the quality of our product remains our top priority, along with the livelihood of our artisans.
